Today, the Sacred Monastery of Bigorski was honored with a visit from the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia, His Excellency Mr. Milan Predan, and his wife. The Slovenian ambassador was warmly welcomed by our brotherhood, and our economos, Father Dositej, acquainted him with the millennium-long history of this ancient and glorious Slavic sanctuary. The ambassador expressed his immense pleasure at the heartfelt reception.
Ambassador Predan was accompanied by Mr. Todor Pendarov, with whom he had been colleagues since their university days in the Republic of Slovenia.
