The fan group “Čkembari” from Bitola, in their own way, prepared a congratulation for our Elder and Abbot Partenij, on the occasion of his ordination as Bishop of Antaniski
A group of about twenty young and faithful individuals from Bitola, always ready with zeal and dedication to serve the Bigorski sanctuary, today carried out a work action in our monastery, at the call of the brothers. After a hard day’s work, they, as part of the youth of the fan group “Čkembari” from Bitola, prepared a congratulation for our Elder and Abbot Partenij, on the occasion of his ordination as Bishop of Antaniski. Specifically, they unfurled a large banner with Christograms on it that read “WORTHY” and called the bishop into the courtyard, where they began to chant: “worthy, worthy…” The Elder bowed to them for their devoted love and called them to a joint meeting, where he fatherly taught them about love and the joy of life in Christ, as well as about how we Christians should love God more and strive to live according to His commandments. The people from Bitola expressed their loyalty and gratitude to the Elder for the mission he is conducting, including how, with the help of God’s grace and his paternal love, many of their friends and fellow citizens have been delivered from the abyss of destructive addictions.
