The commune prayer towards St. Parthenius of Lampsacus attracted his blessing the next day too, when the festivity reached its peak with the festive Divine Liturgy headed by His Eminence, the Metropolitan of Debar and Kichevo Mr. Timothy and co-celebrated by the Metropolitan of Tetovo and Gostivar, Joseph, and the numerous clergy. This large liturgical congregation was attended by the Director of the Commission for Religious communities and religious groups relation, Mr. Darijan Sotirovski, who wholeheartedly wished our Elder to successfully thrive in both his spiritual deed and in his mission of redeeming human souls for many years to come.
Our Metropolitan of Debar and Kichevo Mr. Timothy joined the ardent prayers of the faithful and enriched it with a suitable festive sermon in honor of the saint.
The joy became immense when our beloved spiritual superiors consecrated the foundations of the new, magnificent complex which is to be constructed at the monastery parking lot. Responsible for the construction of the hospice is the company called “Agnoandika” and the Reding LLC Skopje building company, and they are going to build it according to the project of Viaduct Skopje. The event was enriched by the presence of the local government, local police and the representatives of National park “Mavrovo”.
