The news of the horrendous, inhumane, and outright execution-style act at the “Crocus City Hall” in Moscow, Russian Federation, moved every peace-loving heart around the world to tears and pain. This event once again confirmed the unwritten rule that in every war, in every act of hatred, upon every misunderstanding, which are the fruits of man’s estrangement from God, the innocent and the blameless suffer the most. And innocent victims everywhere, in every conflict, are the objects of our Christian sympathy and should be in our prayers.
The Holy Bigorski Monastery, with its Elder, Bishop Partenij of Antania, expresses its deepest condolences to the families, relatives, and friends of those killed in the nefarious terrorist act in Moscow.
We fervently pray that the Merciful God may rest the souls of the departed and admit them into Abraham’s bosom, to comfort the bereaved, and to grant a swift recovery to the injured.
